Main uses
1. Lightweight soles:
- Sports shoes: OBSH-75 foaming agent is used to produce lightweight EVA soles, which can reduce the overall weight of the shoes and improve wearing comfort. It is very suitable for running shoes, basketball shoes and other sports shoes.

Specific application steps
1. Raw material mixing:
- EVA resin, OBSH-75 foaming agent, cross-linking agent, lubricant, pigment and other additives are mixed evenly in a certain proportion.
2. Extrusion granulation:
- The mixed materials are melt-mixed by an extruder, and then made into granules by a granulator for subsequent processing.
3. Compression molding:
- Put the granulated EVA granules into the mold and perform compression molding under high temperature and high pressure. OBSH-75 decomposes at high temperature, releases nitrogen, and forms a uniform foam structure.
4. Cooling and shaping:
- The EVA sole after compression molding needs to be cooled quickly to stabilize its foam structure and trimmed to obtain the final sole shape.
