YLSCH-RBB®DTDM-80 is a Mixture of 80% 4,4-dithiodimorpholine and 20%polymer and dispersing agent.

YLSCH-RBB®DTDM-80 is mainly used in the vulcanization process of rubber products, in which DTDM plays an important role as a vulcanization accelerator. The following are some of the main uses of DTDM-80:

Vulcanization acceleration: DTDM, as a vulcanization accelerator, helps to promote the vulcanization reaction between rubber molecules to form a cross-linked structure during the production process of rubber products. This increases the strength, hardness and wear resistance of rubber products.

Improved heat resistance: The cross-linking effect during the vulcanization process can improve the heat resistance of rubber products, making them more suitable for use in high temperature environments.

Improve rubber physical properties: DTDM helps improve the physical properties of rubber products, including tensile strength, tear resistance, elasticity and wear resistance.

Lower vulcanization temperature: DTDM can lower the vulcanization temperature, making it easier to control the vulcanization reaction conditions during the manufacturing process.

Used in specific rubber products: DTDM masterbatch is usually used in specific types of rubber products, such as tires, sealing rings, rubber pipe fittings, conveyor belts, etc.
