PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: YLSCH-RBB®CTP-80 retards the onset of cure in NR and synthetic rubber without considerably extending the total curing time. It is preferably used with sulfenamide or thiazole accelerators to improve processing safety, leaving the properties of the vulcanizate unchanged. YLSCH-RBB®CTP-80 significantly improves the storage stability of uncured compounds. When YLSCH-RBB®CTP80 is added processing of rubber compounds at higher temperatures is feasible, thereby increasing machine capacity utilization. Contact staining does not occur. YLSCH-RBB®CTP-80 causes

only very slight discolouration in bright or white articles.

Composition:80 % N-(cyclohexylthio)-phthalimide 20 % elastomer binder and dispersing agents

Processing: The thermoplastic, fully compatible elastomer binder which is combined with special dispersing agents allows quick absorption and excellent dispersion in the rubber. In this way, optimal activity of the effective substance is assured..

Application: Compounds based on synthetic and natural rubber which are mainly cured with thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators, e.g. in the production of tires, conveyor belts, shoe soles, technical molded and extruded articles.
