Use

Mode of action: YLSCH-RBB® DPG-80 provides a very long scorch time and a relatively slow full cure. It causes slight discoloration and cannot be used in light-colored articles, except as an activator. When YLSCH-RBB® DPG-80 is used on its own the resistance of the vulcanizates to hot air and oxygen is poor (requiring the use of effective antioxidants). Accelerators of the mercapto class are strongly activated by YLSCH-RBB® DPG-80. In IIR and EPDM YLSCH-RBB® DPG-80 has only little effect.

Processing: The thermoplastic, fully compatible polymer binder which is combined with special dispersing agents allows quick absorption and excellent dispersion in the rubber. In this way, optimal activity of the effective substance is ensured.

Dosage: As primary accelerator: 1-2 phr with 2.5-3.5 phr sulfur As secondary acccelerator: 0.1-0.25 phr with 0.75-1 phr mercapto accelerator and 2.5 phr sulfur

Application: Used in the manufacture of tires, rubber sheets, shoe soles, industrial products, hard rubber products and thick-walled products.

Compared to traditional DPG powders, YLSCH-RBB® DPG-80GE F140 allows:

1. Dust free products with a complete filtration up to 100µm, no skin sensitization, health guard of operators.

2. Effective guarantee of activity of DPG due to pre-dispersed masterbatch.

3. Tack-free products at room temperature, convenience and accuracy on ingredients.

4. Lower Mooney viscosity at lower temperature (50℃), higher quality of dispersion.

5. Impurity-free, blocked filter free of extrusive products, scrap rate reduction and higher productivity thanks to filtration.

6. Wider compatibility with other elastomers.
