Chemical Composition：

YLSCH-RBB® Rubber Accelerator NOBS-75 is a mixture of 75% N-Oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide and 25% EPDM/EVA/SBR binder.

Applications：

YLSCH-RBB®Rubber Accelerator NOBS-75, An excellent delayed accelerator. The performance is similar as CZ with better scorch safety Widely used in NR, IR, SBR, NBR and EPDM. Can be used alone or with other vulcanization accelerators such as thiurams, guanidines and dithiocarbamates to improve the activity. The vulcanized rubber has good heat aging properties and good compression set and the scorch time of rubber will be significantly reduced. It is compatible with natural rubber, synthetic rubber, NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, shoes and belts.
