Application:

YLSCH-RBB® PDM(HVA-2) is a highly effective anti-reversion agent.

For sulfur crosslinking of NR, NBR, IR, (H)IIR, SBR, BR and their blends.

It establishes new crosslinks through the Diels Alder mechanism to stabilize the crosslink density.

It is active during prolonged vulcanization and thermal degradation to facilitate curing of articles.

Suitable for thick moldings.

It does not affect cure and initial vulcanizate properties. It also acts as an aid for peroxide crosslinking with an optimal balance.

It offers long scorch safety, short cure time, long processing safety and fast cure with high elongation at break and tensile strength.

HVA-2 is a sulfur-free vulcanizing agent, used for rubber cables, can replace thiurams, thiurams and other sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents, and solve the problem of copper sulfide blackening pollution of copper wires and copper electrical appliances due to contact with sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents problem.

YLSCH-RBB® PDM(HVA-2) should be added with accelerator.

The recommended dosage level is 0.5-2 servings.
